For the moment, we don’t have an Apple Store in this area. There are only two in France, one in Paris and one in Montpellier. We do, however, have the next best thing: MCS, an Apple Premium Reseller with stores in Nice and Cannes. We have been MCS customers for a while; their service is excellent, and it’s nice to be able to walk into a store and talk about Macs to people who actually understand what one is saying. I do buy certain items in the US, but let’s face it, my Mac Pro would hardly have fit under an airline seat, so I bought it here a year and a half ago. But how come the store is closed, you ask? Why, because it’s lunchtime and we are in France! We decided to have a bite, too, and an hour later, this is all that remained of my “pavé de saumon aux petits légumes.”
